The Company announces the allotment of 450,000 Ordinary Shares at 296.0p on 02 February 2012, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary Share at the close of business on 01 February 2012 was 285.8p.

These shares will be issued for cash on 07 February 2012. As at 07 February 2012 the issued share capital will be 101,230,564 and the number of voting rights will be 101,230,564.
