HENDERSON FAR EAST INCOME LIMITED

The Company announces that it has signed a Multicurrency Revolving £30,000,000 facility with Commonwealth Bank of Australia, London Branch.

This facility has been introduced to capitalise on the low cost of debt and to make the most of attractive valuations in the Asia Pacific markets. The facility will be utilised as and when opportunities arise with the objective of enhancing shareholder returns
