HENDERSON FAR EAST INCOME LIMITED

The Company announces the allotment of 75,000 Ordinary Shares at 345.50p per share on 3 June 2015, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary Share at the close of business on 2 June 2015 was 337.90p.

These shares will be issued for cash on 5 June 2015. As at 5 June 2015 the issued share capital will be 111,470,564 and the number of voting rights will be 111,470,564.
