The Company announces the allotment of 100,000 Ordinary Shares at 276.00p per share on 16 November 2015, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary Share at the close of business on 13 November 2015 was 273.8p.

These shares will be issued for cash on 18 November 2015. As at 18 November 2015 the issued share capital will be 114,435,564 and the number of voting rights will be 114,435,564.
