The Company announces the allotment of 100,000 Ordinary Shares at 352.50p per share on 05 May 2015, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary Share at the close of business on 01 May 2015 was 349.60p.

These shares will be issued for cash on 07 May 2015. As at 07 May 2015, the issued share capital will be 110,795,564 and the number of voting rights will be 110,795,564.
