HENDERSON FAR EAST INCOME LIMITED

The Company announces the allotment of 75,000 Ordinary Shares at 321.50p per share on 20 July 2015, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary Share at the close of business on 17 July 2015 was 316.00p.

These shares will be issued for cash on 22 July 2015. As at 22 July 2015 the issued share capital will be 112,245,564 and the number of voting rights will be 112,245,564.
