The Company announces the allotment of 150,000 Ordinary Shares at 310.50p per share on 14 April 2014, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per ordinary share at the close of business on 11 April 2014 was 308.6p

These shares will be issued for cash on 17 April 2014. As at 17 April 2014 the issued share capital will be 106,045,564 and the number of voting rights will be 106,045,564.
