The directors have declared the second interim dividend of 6.10p per ordinary share in respect of the year ending 31 August 2024. The dividend will be paid on 31 May 2024 to shareholders on the register on 26 April 2024 (the record date). The shares will be quoted ex-dividend on 25 April 2024.
