HENDERSON FAR EAST INCOME LIMITED

First Interim Dividend

The directors have declared a first interim dividend of 4.90p (four point nine zero pence) per ordinary share in respect of the year ending 31 August 2016. The dividend will be paid on 29 February 2016 to shareholders on the register (the record date) on 5 February 2016. The shares will be quoted ex-dividend on 4 February 2016.
