HENDERSON FAR EAST INCOME LIMITED

Third Interim Dividend

The directors have declared a third interim dividend of 4.90p (four point nine zero pence) per ordinary share in respect of the year ending 31 August 2015. The dividend will be paid on 28 August 2015 to shareholders on the register (the record date) on 7 August 2015. The shares will be quoted ex-dividend on 6 August 2015.
