Third Interim Dividend

The directors have declared a third interim dividend of 3.00p (three pence) per ordinary share in respect of the year ending 31 August 2008. The dividend will be paid on 29 August 2008 to shareholders on the register (the record date) on 8 August 2008. The shares will be quoted ex-dividend on 6 August 2008.
