HENDERSON FAR EAST INCOME LIMITED

 

ANNUAL MANAGEMENT FEE

Following a review of management fees, the annual management fee payable by Henderson Far East Income Limited to Henderson Global Investors will reduce from 1.0% to 0.9% p.a. of net assets.

This reduction will take effect from 1 September 2013.

There is no performance fee arrangement.
