The Company announces the allotment of 250,000 Ordinary Shares at 316.0p on 2 June 2011, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary Share at the close of business on 1 June 2011 was 310.0p.

These shares will be issued for cash on 7 June 2011. As at 7 June 2011 the issued share capital will be 99,705,564 and the number of voting rights will be 99,705,564.
