The Company announces the allotment of 100,000 Ordinary Shares at 320.5p on 4 May 2011, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary Share at the close of business on 3 May 2011 was 314.7p.

These shares will be issued for cash on 9 May 2011. As at 9 May 2011 the issued share capital will be 99,455,564 and the number of voting rights will be 99,455,564.
