The Company announces the allotment of 50,000 Ordinary Shares at 287.0p on 23 August 2011, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary Share at the close of business on 22 August 2011 was 272.2p.

These shares will be issued for cash on 26 August 2011. As at 26 August 2011 the issued share capital will be 99,905,564 and the number of voting rights will be 99,905,564.
