The Company announces the allotment of 425,000 Ordinary Shares at 297.0p on 09 October 2009, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary Share at the close of business on 08 October 2009 was 286.4p.

These shares will be issued for cash on 14 October 2009. As at 14 October 2009 the issued share capital will be 84,767,621 and the number of voting rights will be 84,767,621.
