The Company announces the allotment of 450,000 Ordinary Shares at 257.0p on 7 May 2009, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary Share at the close of business on 6 May 2009 was 245.2p.

These shares will be issued for cash on 12 May 2009. As at 12 May 2009 the issued share capital will be 79,972,621 and the number of voting rights will be 79,972,621.
