The Company announces the allotment of 135,000 Ordinary Shares at 282.5p on 23 September 2009, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary Share at the close of business on 22 September 2009 was 276.1p.

These shares will be issued for cash on 28 September 2009. As at 28 September 2009 the issued share capital will be 84,342,621 and the number of voting rights will be 84,342,621.
