The Company announces the allotment of 150,000 Ordinary Shares at 274.0p on 9 September 2009, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary Share at the close of business on 8 September 2009 was 267.2p.

These shares will be issued for cash on 14 September 2009. As at 14 September 2009 the issued share capital will be 83,507,621 and the number of voting rights will be 83,507,621.
