The Company announces the allotment of 275,000 Ordinary Shares at 327.0p on 4 October 2010, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary Share at the close of business on 1 October 2010 was 316.3p.

These shares will be issued for cash on 7 October 2010. As at 7 October 2010 the issued share capital will be 97,130,564 and the number of voting rights will be 97,130,564.
