                     Cancellation of Shares held in Treasury

Henderson EuroTrust plc hereby gives notification that it has cancelled the
2,363,942 ordinary shares of 5p each that, in the period from 7 March 2007 to 20
 March 2007, it bought in the market to hold in treasury.

Following the cancellation of the 2,363,942 shares, the Company holds no shares
in treasury and the issued share capital and total number of voting rights in
Henderson EuroTrust plc is 23,303,063.
