Further to the announcement made on 26 January 2007, the Company announces that
it is today posting a Circular to its Shareholders seeking approval for
implementation of the Proposals as detailed in the previous announcement.  To
this end an extraordinary general meeting of the Company to approve the
Proposals is being convened for 13 March 2007.  The Notice of the Meeting is set
out at the end of the Circular.
