The Board of Henderson EuroTrust plc announces that Mrs Nicola Ralston has succeeded Mr Mark Tapley as Chairman of the Company. Mrs Ralston has been a director of the Company since 1 September 2013.

The Board wishes to thank Mark Tapley for his outstanding service and contribution as Chairman for the past seven years and a director for 14 years. 

The Board also announces that Mr John Cornish has been appointed as Senior Independent Director of the Company with immediate effect.
