The Company announces the allotment of 300,000 Ordinary Shares at 87.625p on 23 August 2013, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary Share at the close of business on 22 August 2013 was 85.90p.

These shares will be issued for cash on 29 August 2013. As at 29 August 2013 the issued share capital will be 88,440,877 and the number of voting rights will be 88,440,877.
