The Company announces the allotment of 500,000 Ordinary Shares at 87.50p on 16 August 2013, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary Share at the close of business on 15 August 2013 was 86.1p.

These shares will be issued for cash on 21 August 2013. As at 21 August 2013 the issued share capital will be 88,140,877 and the number of voting rights will be 88,140,877.
