The Company announces the allotment of 500,000 Ordinary Shares at 87p on 7 February 2013, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary Share at the close of business on 6 February 2013 was 85.3p.

These shares will be issued for cash on 12 February 2013. As at 12 February 2013 the issued share capital will be 84,140,877 and the number of voting rights will be 84,140,877.
