HENDERSON DIVERSIFIED INCOME LIMITED

The Company announces the allotment of 200,000 Ordinary Shares at 90.00p on 9 December 2016, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary Share at the close of business on 8 December 2016 was 87.80p.

These shares will be issued for cash on 13 December 2016. As at 13 December 2016 the issued share capital will be 176,068,240 and the number of voting rights will be 176,068,240.
