HENDERSON DIVERSIFIED INCOME LIMITED

The Company announces the allotment of 700,000 Ordinary Shares at 92.50p on 13 October 2016, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary Share at the close of business on 12 October 2016 was 90.10p.

These shares will be issued for cash on 17 October 2016. As at 17 October 2016 the issued share capital will be 174,168,240 and the number of voting rights will be 174,168,240.
