HENDERSON DIVERSIFIED INCOME LIMITED

The Company announces the allotment of 200,000 Ordinary Shares at 88.25p on 29 June 2016, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary Share at the close of business on 28 June 2016 was 86.2p.

These shares will be issued for cash on 1 July 2016. As at 1 July 2016 the issued share capital will be 166,668,240 and the number of voting rights will be 166,668,240.
