HENDERSON DIVERSIFIED INCOME LIMITED

The Company announces the allotment of 250,000 Ordinary Shares at 92.50p on 24 October 2016, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary Share at the close of business on 21 October 2016 was 90.20p.

These shares will be issued for cash on 26 October 2016. As at 26 October 2016 the issued share capital will be 174,418,240 and the number of voting rights will be 174,418,240.
