HENDERSON DIVERSIFIED INCOME LIMITED

The Company announces the allotment of 1,150,000 Ordinary Shares at 90.25p on 5 November 2015, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary Share at the close of business on 4 November 2015 was 88.20p.

These shares will be issued for cash on 9 November 2015. As at 9 November 2015 the issued share capital will be 166,468,240 and the number of voting rights will be 166,468,240.
