The Company announces the allotment of 500,000 Ordinary Shares at 91.75p on 12 June 2015, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary Share at the close of business on 11 June 2015 was 89.00p.

These shares will be issued for cash on 16 June 2015. As at 16 June 2015, the issued share capital will be 161,118,240 and the number of voting rights will be 161,118,240.
