HENDERSON DIVERSIFIED INCOME LIMITED

The Company announces the allotment of 1,500,000 Ordinary Shares at 92.60p on 28 January 2015, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary Share at the close of business on 27 January 2015 was 90.20p.

These shares will be issued for cash on 30 January 2015. As at 30 January 2015 the issued share capital will be 150,232,942 and the number of voting rights will be 150,232,942.
