HENDERSON DIVERSIFIED INCOME LIMITED

The Company announces the allotment of 750,000 Ordinary Shares at 91.75p per share on 21 November 2014, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary Share at the close of business on 20 November 2014 was 89.2p.

These shares will be issued for cash on 25 November 2014. As at 25 November 2014 the issued share capital will be 143,581,726 and the number of voting rights will be 143,581,726.
