Third Interim Dividend

The directors have declared a third interim dividend of 1.25p (one point two five pence) per ordinary share in respect of the year ended 31 October 2014. The dividend will be paid on 30 September 2014 to shareholders on the register as at 5 September 2014 (the record date). The shares will be quoted ex-dividend on 3 September 2014.
