HENDERSON DIVERSIFIED INCOME LIMITED

First Interim Dividend

The directors have declared a first interim dividend of 1.25p (one point two five pence) per ordinary share in respect of the year ended 31 October 2014. The dividend will be paid on 21 March 2014 to shareholders on the register (the record date) on 7 February 2014. The shares will be quoted ex-dividend on 5 February 2014.
