Fourth Interim Dividend

The directors have declared a Fourth interim dividend of 1.30p (one point three zero) per ordinary share in respect of the year ended 31 October 2013. The dividend will be paid on 31 December 2013 to shareholders on the register (the record date) on 6 December 2013. The shares will be quoted ex-dividend on 4 December 2013. This increase of 0.05p on the recent quarterly dividends of 1.25p is a one off increase and the Board expects to revert to 1.25p per quarter in the current financial year.
