Third Interim Dividend

The directors have declared a third interim dividend of 1.10p (one point one pence) per ordinary share in respect of the year ended 31 October 2009. The dividend will be paid on 30 September 2009 to shareholders on the register (the record date) on 11 September 2009. The shares will be quoted ex-dividend on 9 September 2009.
