Fourth Interim Dividend

The directors have declared a fourth interim dividend of 1.00p (one pence) per ordinary share in respect of the period ended 31 July 2008. The dividend will be paid on 30 September 2008 to shareholders on the register (the record date) on 12 September 2008. The shares will be quoted ex-dividend on 10 September 2008.
