First Interim Dividend

The directors have declared a first interim dividend of 1.50p per ordinary share
in respect of the period ended 31 October 2007. The dividend will be paid on 31
December 2007 to shareholders on the register (the record date) on 14 December
2007. The shares will be quoted ex-dividend on 12 December 2007.
