Second Interim Dividend



The directors have declared a second interim dividend of 1.75p per ordinary
share in respect of the period ended 31 January 2008. The dividend will be paid
on 31 March 2008 to shareholders on the register (the record date) on 14 March
2008. The shares will be quoted ex-dividend on 12 March 2008.
