Helios, the investment vehicle which builds shareholder value participating across a spread of Lloyd's syndicates, announces that Edward Fitzalan-Howard, Duke of Norfolk, has tendered his resignation as Non-Executive Director of the Board with effect from 19 April 2024. The Board of Directors accepts and respects his decision and expresses gratitude for his contributions throughout his tenure with the Company.

As the Company develops its strategy, the appointment of additional Non-Executive Directors is currently under consideration by the Board.

Michael Wade, Chairman and Non-Executive Director said: "On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank the Duke of Norfolk for his service for over six years at Helios Underwriting and note that His Grace intends to remain a shareholder in the Company."
