Director Appointment

 

Helios (AIM: HUW) is pleased to announce the appointment of a new non-executive director. With effect from 1 January 2018, Edward Fitzalan-Howard, Duke of Norfolk, aged 61, will join the board as a non-executive director.

 

Edward Fitzalan-Howard was educated at Oxford and in 1979 he set up an energy company, Sigas, which he sold in 1988 before starting Parkwood, a waste management business which he sold to Viridor in 2002. Since then his main focus has been the building up of his family estates. He has previously been a Member of Lloyds.

 

Edward Fitzalan-Howard currently holds, 333,333 Ordinary Shares in the Company.
