                   Helical Bar plc ('Helical Bar' / 'Company')



At the Annual General Meeting of Helical Bar plc held on Wednesday 20 July 2005,
all the resolutions proposed were duly passed.  In addition to resolutions
concerning ordinary business, resolutions were passed in relation to the
allotment of ordinary shares, disapplication of pre-emption rights, market
purchases of ordinary shares, market purchases of B shares and a put option in
relation to B shares.

Copies of the resolutions are available for inspection at the FSA's document
viewing facility.
