NOTIFICATION OF BOARD CHANGE
The Directors of Helical Bar plc regret to announce a change to the Board
following the recent death of Mr Ian Butler, a non-executive Director. Mr
Butler was appointed to the Board in 1993 and served on the Company's
Remuneration, Audit and Nominations and Appointments Committees.
