Helical Bar plc ('Helical Bar' or 'the Company')
The Company was informed on 30 March 2000 that on that day, under the rules of
the Helical Bar Profit Sharing Scheme, Helical Bar Trustees Limited purchased
20,000 ordinary shares in Helical Bar at 570p per share for future allocation to
directors and employees of the Company.
