The Company was advised on 29 November 2000 that on that date, the Helical Bar
Employees' Share Ownership Plan Trust ('ESOP') purchased 125,000 (0.4%) ordinary
5p shares in the company at 745.0p per share. The Helical Bar ESOP now holds
1,271,939 (4.3%) ordinary 5p shares in the Company.
