On 6 January 2006 the following director exercised subscription options over new
shares in accordance with the rules of the Helical Bar 1999 Share Option Scheme.

2.         Sale of Shares



On 6 January 2006 the following director sold shares in the Company:

3.         Directors' Interests in Shares



Following these transactions the director concerned continued    to hold the
number of shares in the Company noted below.
