Grant of Share Options to Directors

Today, 08 October 2004, the following share options were granted to Executive
Directors under the terms of the Inland Revenue Approved, Heavitree Brewery 1998
Company Share Option Scheme ('the Scheme'):

price of £3.50 per share.
