today each transferred to Mr. R.H. Duncan, as a gift for no consideration, 1052
'A' Limited Voting Ordinary Shares.

Following these transactions Mrs S.M. Duncan and Mr. R.A. Duncan's interest in
'A' Limited Voting Ordinary Shares is reduced to 188030 shares (4.8%).
